R777 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules You Need to Know

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and r777 ("Platform", "We"). This document takes effect immediately from the date you register an account or begin using r777 services in any form.

R777 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the latest version of these Terms and Conditions.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use r777 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition that prevents participation in online wagering activities.
• Register only in your own name, not on behalf of another person or business entity.
• Never previously banned or suspended from using the r777 platform.

R777 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. If you fail to provide the required verification documents within the specified period, r777 reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any balance in that account until verification is complete.

3 Registration and Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) r777 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed and all balances and wins forfeited without compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The information provided includes but is not limited to:

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

R777 supports multiple deposit methods including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard and cryptocurrency. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

Key terms relating to deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is MYR 30 unless otherwise stated.
• The minimum withdrawal is MYR 50 per request.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.

• Use a strong, unique password — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including r777 staff.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings for an added layer of security.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity in your account to r777 customer support immediately.

R777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your negligence in safeguarding your own login credentials.

8 Account Closure

R777 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member without prior notice in circumstances such as the following:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, falsification of information, or submission of invalid documents.
• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions.
• Attempts to exploit the bonus system or platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards r777 support staff.

Members may also request to close their own account by contacting r777 customer support. All valid balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to there being no outstanding wagers.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the r777 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the exclusive property of r777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, display, sell, rent, or transfer any content from the r777 platform without prior written consent from r777.

10 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by law, r777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond r777's control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Internet service disruptions or hardware issues on the user's end.
• Betting results disputed after the specified appeal period has lapsed.

11 Terms Amendment

R777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email or through a prominent notice on the platform's main page at least three (3) days before taking effect, except in urgent circumstances.
